Feature Update – Postbox Notes 2.0!

We have further modified the Notes feature with the aim of making it easier for you to:

  • Keep track of your progress while working through ad response.
  • Collaborate with team members such as your administrator.
  • Report on your findings and opinions to your management team.
  • Prevent any duplication of reviewing and screening CV’s.

When a Candidate in the Postbox has not been viewed – the Unread will be bold.

2.

When a Consultant has viewed the Candidate and made notes on that Candidate record, then a small notes icon will be visible next to the Candidate’s name.

3.

To view the Notes loaded on that record, you can;

  • Hover your mouse over the Notes icon:
  • Pull the MS Excel spreadsheet (by clicking on the Download button in the top left corner) and navigate to the Notes column:
  • Or you can click on the ‘Show More’ function:

To update your notes, simply click on ‘Show More’ and then click on the Notes icon.

Streamline Your Candidates’ Application Process

Our new application system allows your candidates to apply in a fraction of the time by recognizing their ID number and allowing them to use their existing profile to apply again.

No need to fill in the same application form over and over!

Here’s how it works –

1.    When candidates fill in their details on the initial application page, the system will pick up that their ID number already exists in your database.

2.    This pop-up box will appear instantly, asking your candidate to provide a One Time Pin (or OTP) for security purposes.

3.   They will receive an OTP via e-mail.

4. When they enter this pin into the pop-up box they will be given the following options:

No. Placement Partner is password-protected and is hosted on an encrypted secure connection which makes unauthorised access virtually impossible. An unfortunate reality today is that a server, located in your office building, is far more likely to be stolen than someone gaining unauthorised access to your data via a secure connection.Our servers, with your data on, are located in a high-security data center and we keep the location of our servers strictly confidential.
