Exciting New Features

We are excited to introduce two new features on Placement Partner that we’re certain you would love as much as we do.

  1. Date & Time on the Quick SMS window
    • You now have the option of post-dating your SMS before you send it by selecting a preferred date and time
      Please refresh your browser by clicking on Ctrl & F5 (together) for the updates to take effect.
    • Please make sure you have enough SMS Credits remaining before post-dating your SMS
    • Remember: 1 SMS credit = 160 characters

  1. Sector / Job Function on your list of Vacancies
    • You can now view the Sector / Job Functions of your listed Vacancies
    • This makes it easier to identify which Sector / Job Functions are frequently selected, should you not have a niche market
    • You also have the option to search on Sector / Job Functions when viewing your list of Vacancies

Foreign currency Web Ads

Did you know?

Placement Partner web adverts can also accommodate foreign currencies.

Please note that the system will pick-up the foreign currency if the international currency code is loaded before the amount on your minimum and maximum remuneration field. The Rand symbol R that is usually automatically displayed will be dropped.

Example:

30 000 will pull through to your adverts as R 30 000

USD 6000 will pull through to your adverts as USD 6000

Should nothing be filled in before a minimum and maximum amount, the currency will always default to South African Rand, displayed as R (so no need to put an R there yourself)

Exciting New Features!

We are pleased to introduce two new exciting features on your Placement Partner system.

  1. Vacancy List to Post Box advert results: You no longer need to jot down, copy & paste or try and remember your vacancy reference number when wanting to search the Post Box for your advert responses.
    By simply clicking on the vacancy reference number, you will be taken straight to the Post Box to view all related advert responses.

  2. New Access Right – Duplicate Vacancies: Up to now only Super Users were able to duplicate vacancies.
    Now the Super User is able to grant the access right to other users on the Placement Partner system to Duplicate Vacancies.New Access Right

    Where will this appear?

    To grant the access right, the Super User can go to: Maintenance => System => Access Right / User Level

Some more upgrades to the Placement Partner system are in the pipeline, so watch this space.

Yes. Templates are used to automatically generate documents from the data stored in Placement Partner. A typical example of this is to automatically generate standardised CV’s which can be sent directly to your clients.

Yes. Placement Partner was designed to store candidate CV files and many other files with each candidate’s and client’s record.

No. Placement Partner is password-protected and is hosted on an encrypted secure connection which makes unauthorised access virtually impossible. An unfortunate reality today is that a server, located in your office building, is far more likely to be stolen than someone gaining unauthorised access to your data via a secure connection.Our servers, with your data on, are located in a high-security data center and we keep the location of our servers strictly confidential.

Placement Partner is charged on a monthly subscription basis, based on the number of users.
