Last week, the 7th of May 2020 58 participants, joined us at our fourth webinar: Keep Going: Motivate and Inspire.
Of all the sessions to date, this was by far the most interactive. As a result we gained a lot:
1) Amazing insights on how remote work affects motivation and the 6 reasons why people work.
2) A very long list of practical ideas on how to promote positive motivators of Play, Purpose and Potential in a remote setting.
3) Tools to know what motivates the team at the moment as well as weekly and daily tools to create a level of consistency!
No doubt, our first four webinars have been successful – We don’t intend to stop the support here.
